The petitioner apprehend their arrest in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 207/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143/341/323/324/325/307/354/379/ 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties with the injuries on both the sides. It is further submitted that the entire allegations against these petitioners are false and frivolous and it was only

No.76844 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 the informant's side which was the aggressor and they had come upon the house of the petitioners abusing and accusing the lady Rita Devi on pretext of witch practice. It is further submitted that the injuries purported to have been inflicted by the petitioners, have been found to be simple in nature. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Dhaka, Motihari, in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 207/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
