This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bhitaha P.S. Case No.24 of 2023 (Sessions Trial No.627 of 2023) registered for the offence punishable under section 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 302, 447 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. He is said to have assaulted on the head of the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2023. 4.

Since the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
