ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2017 in connection with Sanhoula P.S. Case No.160 of 2017 arising out of S.T. No.906 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail was rejected twice vide order dated 18.01.2018 and 12.09.2018 and in view of the changed circumstances, the petitioner is once again renewing her prayer for bail.

It is submitted that the trial is under progress and the witnesses, including the informant, have now been declared hostile. Thus, the chances of their conviction are extremely

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and there is no eye-witness and that the petitioner's case is based on suspicion, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District JudgeIII, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sanhoula P.S. Case No.160 of 2017 arising out of S.T. No.906 of 2017.
