ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 02-04-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that against the order of cancellation dated 14.11.2024 (Annexure - P/9), the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Principal Secretary, Department of Industry, Government of Bihar, (Respondent No. 2). Learned counsel states that due to pendency of the present writ petition, the appeal is not being taken up. Learned counsel has further stated that it would suffice for the moment that if a direction is given to the Principal Secretary, Department of Industry, Government of Bihar, (Respondent No. 2) to dispose of the appeal filed by

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that he has no objection if a direction is given to the Principal Secretary, Department of Industry, Government of Bihar, (Respondent No. 2) to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.

3. Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Principal Secretary, Department of Industry, Government of Bihar, (Respondent No. 2) to dispose of the appeal if any filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

5. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
