2. The present restoration petition has been preferred for restoration of Cr. Misc No. 59858 of 2023 which was dismissed for default due to non compliance of order dated 07.10.2023, in which, the Court had directed to issue notice to the O.P. No. 02 through both process i.e. ordinary as well as registered cover with A/D for which requisites etc must be filed within a period of two weeks failing which the application shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench and due to non-compliance of the order dated 07.10.2023, this application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12706 of 2024(2) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 shall stand dismissed.

3. In view of the statement made in para-3 of the petition, Cr. Misc. No. 12706 of 2024 is restored to its original file, subject to payment of Rs. 2,000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
