2. It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that father of the petitioner namely Umesh Thakur was working as Home Guard. During his working hours, he got paralytic attack on 06.12.2014 and subsequently, during treatment he died on 07.05.2016. The petitioner who is son of the Umesh Thakur is entitled for exgratia and other medical expenses of the deceased, which has not been provided to the petitioner till date. Earlier the petitioner filed a C.W.J.C. No. 3372 of 2024 which has been withdrawn by him on 22.03.2024 with a

Patna High Court CWJC No.19672 of 2024(2) dt.08-01-2025 2/2 direction to file representation before the respondent authorities for redressal of his all grievances. Accordingly, the petitioner he filed the representation before the concerned respondents but till date no decision has been taken by them. Therefore, it is prayed by the counsel for the petitioner that the petition may be disposed of directing the concerned respondents i.e. respondent nos. 4 and 5 to take the decision on the matter within stipulated period fixed by this Court.

3. The above limited prayer made by the counsel is not opposed by the State-counsel.

4. Having heard the submission put forth by the counsels on the petition is disposed off. The respondent nos. 4 and 5 are directed to look into the matter and decide the claim of the petitioner, as early as possible in accordance with relevant rules and law probably within 60 days from today.
