Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 462 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 201, 216 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant who is the mother of the victim boy has stated that when she was sleeping in her house, her neighbour Amrita Kumari came and informed her that Suman Saurabh had fired upon her son Gudluck and thereafter when she went there she found her son in pool of blood and on query Amrita Kumari disclosed that Suman Saurabh had fired upon her son (Gudluck). It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60774 of 2018(2) dt.05-10-2018 2/2 that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case only on suspicion. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.07.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Muffasil P.S.
