The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 427, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The occurrence of abuse, assault and theft took place for the reason that vehicle of the two parties collided with each other. There is case and counter case. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of
