The petitioner seeks bail in Phulparas P.S. Case No. 108/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 30(a)(d) of Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner was arrested in Phulparas P.S. Case No. 168/2018. Thereafter he has been implicated in this case on the basis of his statement recorded by the police in the aforesaid case. Petitioner is in custody since

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J. IInd (Excise Act), Madhubani in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 108/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
