Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Karjain P.S. Case No. 45 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 309, 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner (informant) is trying to commit suicide by poisoning herself and giving poison to her son as a result of which he died.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is innocent and has committed no offence. She has been falsely implicated in this case. She neither gave poison to her son nor herself. Her in-law's gave poison to her and her son. She is in custody since 25.06.2018.
