The petitioner seeks bail in Parsauni P.S. Case No. 47/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 342, 354(B) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 12 of POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner and informant are next door neighbours. The occurrence is said to have taken place on 13.07.2018 and the F.I.R. has been lodged on 15.07.2018. In the written report, there is general and omnibus allegation that the petitioner called the informant in his house on the pretext of cooking meal and tried to misbehave with her. Petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63533 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 47/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
