====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Chakia P. S. Case No. 452 of 2025 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 140(2), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita to which Section 103(1) of BNS was added later on.

3. As per F.I.R., these petitioners in connivance with other named accused persons killed the son of informant due to money dispute.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that specific accusation is against other co-accused persons. These

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of allegation and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Chakia P. S. Case No. 452 of 2025.
