The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No.122 of 2017 registered under Sections 366A and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement of the victim as recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Annexure-2) wherein she has not alleged a word against the petitioner and denied abduction either by the petitioner or by any one, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V,
