The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Madhepura P.S. Case No. 747 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier the matter was sent to the mediation centre vide order dated 25.11.2019 and the report dated 20.01.2020 of mediation centre is kept at flag 'A', from perusal of which it appears, that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through mediation. The terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by the parties is attached with the same. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner

No.75230 of 2019(3) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 above-named in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Cheif Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 747 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
