1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sakri P.S. Case no. 182 of 2023 registered under sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, a loaded country made pistol along with two live cartridges and a mobile phone were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession. He is in custody since 9.9.2023 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

5. The prayer for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83230 of 2023(2) dt.10-01-2024 2/2 the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the F.I.R together with the petitioner having antecedent under the Arms Act, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and the application is rejected.

7. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completing six months in custody. (Partha Sarthy, J) avinash/- U T
