The petitioner is in custody 01.06.2018 in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 73 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 8/20(b) (ii) (c), 25/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Considering the fact that large amount of sachets of ganja was recovered from near the house of the petitioner where the vehicle in question was parked and which contained the packets of ganja, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
