This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 21.06.2019 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Begusarai in Complaint Case No. 872C/2019 whereby and whereunder he took cognizance for the offences punishable under Section 498 (A) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of D.P. Act against the petitioners.

3. After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77422 of 2019(3) dt.27-01-2026 2/2 liberty to the petitioners to raise all the grounds at the stage of framing of charge.

4. Permission, as prayed, is accorded.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioners.
