2. This writ application has been filed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ / writs or direction/directions to the respondents to protect the life and property of the petitioner as well as to take appropriate action against the respondent no. 8, 9 and 10 in accordance with law.

3. In this case, supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on 28.06.2023 on behalf of respondent/State and in paragraph - 9 following has been stated:

"9. That it is pertinent to mention here that on the date fixed i.e. 01.06.2023 land in question which was earlier identified by the Advocate Commissioner Sri Surendra Singh on 31.07.2022 was duly measured in presence of the parties and other competent officers and its possession was also handed over to the petitioners who after satisfaction voluntarily admitted and accepted in writing that they have got possession of the land in question."

4. In view of paragraph 9 of the supplementary counter affidavit, this writ application has now become infructuous.

5. Accordingly, the writ application stands dismissed as same has now become infructuous.
