2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 328 , 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . Prosecution case , in brief, is that the informant has solemnized the marriage of her daughter with the co-accused, Chandrashekar Das, in 2014, and her daughter has three children. After marriage, her in-laws family and her son-in-law started assaulting the informant's daughter and asked her to bring Rupees ten thousand from her house of mother. It is further alleged that on July 1, 2023, at 10 p.m., information was received that her daughter had eaten poison, and during the course of treatment, she died.
4. Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. He is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82907 of 2023(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 separate in mess and property. There is no specific allegation is alleged against him and he has no concern with the couple. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased Chandrashekar Das. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM,., Banka in connection with Rajoun (Nawada O . P) P . S. Case No . 360 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U
