2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest in a case in connection with Laukahi (Narhai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 137 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 457, 427, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

3. As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioners are that the petitioners along with other co-accused persons surrounded the house of the informant and made indiscriminate firing upon which leg of the informant got injured and his

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent mentioned in Para 3 of the bail application. Petitioners are female as there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. There is admitted land dispute between both the parties.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also petitioners are female and there is admitted land dispute, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending/ successor Court in connection with Laukahi (Narhai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 137 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Ranjeet/- U T
