JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Amas P. S. Case No. 38 of 2013, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 354, 380, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per F.I.R. allegation against the petitioners and several other accused persons entered inside the house of the informant and assaulted the informant, causing injury. So far petitioner no.3 is concerned, there is specific allegation against him that he and two other accused persons assaulted by lathi and danda and another specific allegation is against other co-accused Manoj Yadav.

No.84400 of 2019(2) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that considering the fact that there are general and omnibus allegation, this Court has already granted privilege of anticipatory bail earlier to two other accused persons, vide order dated 18.11.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 66150 of 2019 Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sheghatti Gaya, in connection with Amas P. S. Case No. 38 of 2013, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Sunil Shukla/- U T
