2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 353, 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act, registered in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 701 of 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 17.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37656 of 2024 with the observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84067 of 2024(2) dt.29-11-2024 2/2 bail after six months but he is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground that the observation period of six months has been completed.
4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 701 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
