2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 187 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of murdering the son of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the occurrence has taken place over a dispute in a dance programme in which the parties have fought, and the deceased was killed. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78922 of 2025(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 for assault. They are in custody since 07.05.2025 and 14.05.2025. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Bikramganj, Rohtas/concerned Court below in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 187 of 2025 subject to the condition that the petitioners will cooperate in the trial and they will appear in the Court below on the dates fixed personally or through their lawyers.
