2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with SLP (POCSO) Case No. 132 of 2023 arising out of Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 107 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the reading of the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the victim girl had eloped with the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 01.06.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
