The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018, registered under Sections 420, 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that in course of inquiry, it was detected that in enforcement of Seven Nishchay Yojna at Basdiha Panchayat ward member Premlata Kumari and Member Kalindra Paswan and Member Secretary Yogendra Singh of ward No.2 had transferred the money to undeserving candidates. Similarly, Ward Member Kalindra Paswan (petitioner) and member secretary Yogeshwar Singh issued cheque to unauthorized person.

No.62466 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the ward member of ward No.7 of Basdiha Panchayat and all the work were being supervised by Member Secretary Yogeshwar Singh. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 31.07.2018.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Deo P.S.
