====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Chakmehsi P.S. Case No. 30 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 272 and 273 of Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

As per allegation in the FIR, 12 Cartons of illicit liquor, as described in the seizure list, is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady. She is in custody since 30.06.2019 and charge-sheet has already been submitted in the instant case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge II, Special Judge, Excise, Samastipur, in connection with Chakmehsi P.S.
