2. This is the 3rd attempt on behalf of the petitioner for regular bail in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 21 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 385, 427, 504, 506 of the IPC.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 35397 of 2023 on 12.07.2023 and vide Cr. Misc. No. 18842 of 2024 on 13.03.2024.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 21.11.2022. Though, the petitioner is accused in 15 more cases but in all the cases, he has been granted bail. The trial is being delayed because of nonappearance of other co-accused.

5. Considering the period of custody and the delay in trial, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Naugachia/concerned Court below in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 21 of 2017 subject to condition that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Bhawanipur Police Station on every Sunday and on every Wednesday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

(ii) Both the bailors should be blood relatives.
