2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the confessional statement of co-accused Niranjan Yadav, house of petitioner was raided and a country made pistol and a live cartridge was recovered from his house. Petitioner has got criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
