Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to restore the aforesaid writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No. 14074 of 2014 to its original file, subject to payment of a sum of Rs. 500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna within a period of four weeks' from today.
