Petitioners, apprehend their arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 322 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the father of victim girl who in his written complaint has alleged that Rohit Kumar aged about 16 years who was studying with her daughter, enticed away her daughter Muskan Kumari in the night of 15/16.03.2019. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are innocent and have been implicated in this case as they are mother and sister of said Rohit Kumar. The girl had

Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 322 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure subject to verification that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
