Informant was enticed away by the petitioner to a secluded place where petitioner tossed with her as well as also tried to commit rape. Furthermore, there also happens to be detailed description of subsequent event resulting delay in institution of the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that both the parties are close Gotia. The relationship in between the informant and the petitioner happens to be that of cousin brother and sister. The dispute arose with regard to parking of motorcycle as well as opening of a window. It has further been submitted that parents of the informant projected her and got this case filed with false and frivolous allegation.
