Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.3675 © of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act..

As per FIR petitioner happens to be husband of the complainant and there is allegation of demand and torture. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation is false and concocted and he is still ready to keep her with dignity and care and such statement before the learned court below also.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73258 of 2019(2) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named,surrender before the learned court below on 2.12.2019 and on surrender he will be be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM XII, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.3675 © of 2018 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that if the informant is ready to reside with the petitioner, he has to keep her with dignity and care.
