The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with S.T. No. 519 of 2019 arising out of Bairiya P.S. Case No. 480 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 487, 436, 379, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation in the FIR, the accused persons opened the shop of the informant, accused Akhilesh Sah is said to have taken out Rs. 22,000/- from almirah and thereafter the co-accused persons set the shop on fire.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that case of the petitioner stands on similar footing to that of the co-accused, who has been granted bail vide order dated 25.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43703 of 2019. It is further

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VIIIth, Bettiah West Champaran in connection with Sessions Trial No. 519 of 2019 arising out of Bairiya P.S.
