Mr. Sri Suresh Prasad Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 26-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 134 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 323, 341, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though allegation of firing is against this petitioner but none has sustained any injury. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2018.

It is alleged in the written report that on the day of occurrence, petitioner and other accused persons had taken honey and cigarette from his mother. She made demand of money then they abused her. It is also alleged that this petitioner made firing.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is allowed. The petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 134 of 2018 with condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
