====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

The following relief has been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"1. That this application is for quashing the notice dated 14.07.2018 passed by the Circle Officer, Bhargama directing the petitioner to vacate the public land by 21.07.2018 otherwise land will be vacated forcefully."

Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal under Section 11 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act within a period of thirty days from today. The Appellate Authority shall
