The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioners in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 220 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414, 413 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding recovery of stolen motorcycle from the petitioners herein.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76209 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 and the fact is that they are engaged in selling of Bhagalpuri bed sheets. It is further submitted that the petitioners are having clean antecedents and are languishing in custody since 05.09.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant regular bail to the petitioners, above named, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XVI, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 220 of 2019.
