Petitioner apprehends arrest in Bettiah Mufassil (Manuapul) Police Station Case No 441 of 2018 dated 20.08.2018 registered under Sections 272, 273, 308 of Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, having no criminal antecedent, has moved the instant Court for grant of anticipatory bail in the instant case wherein allegedly 2 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the shop of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the seizure is illegal and not in

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner above named shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, West Champaran at Bettiah in Bettiah Mufassil (Manuapul) Police Station Case No 441 of 2018 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
