This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Parbatta P.S. Case No.168 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioners are accused of trying to kill the informant, who is an accused in the murder of the brother of petitioner no.1.

The petitioners are in custody since 07.09.2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Naugachia, District- Bhagalpur, in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No.168 of 2023.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioners shall mark their presence in Parbatta Police Station, District- Bhagalpur on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners.
