The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raghopur (Rustampur) P.S. Case No.111 of 2019 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in the evening of 11.08.2019, the petitioner was seen carrying the iron-sheet after breaking the lock of Canteena.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.08.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released
