JUSTICE ASHOK KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 03-12-2025 After some submission, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is allegation against this petitioner that he has embezzled Rs. 35, 72,000/- of government money.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that without going into the merit, from perusal of the order of the trial Court it is clear that the petitioner has already deposited Rs. 21,00,000/-.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit the rest amount. He may be given sufficient time to deposit the same.

4. Considering the above argument of learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged

No.81054 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Darbhanga in connection with Nehru P.S. Case No. 100 of 2025 on the condition that he shall deposit the rest amount i.e.Rs. 14,72,000/- within a period of one year after getting release from the custody in 12 equal installments and if he fails to deposit the said amount within the stipulated period, his bail bonds will be cancelled.
