During course of regular checking, a three wheeler was perceived which was driven in high speed after seeing the police personnel. However, on being chased, the driver after leaving the tempo, escaped. On search, 46.5 litres of different kinds of wine were seized therefrom. It has also been disclosed that a mobile was also found. It has also been disclosed that from the call details, so many seem number were found and one of them happens to be that of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition and is under custody since 12.9.2019.

Accordingly, the petitioner, Akash Kumar, is directed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78502 of 2019(2) dt.03-12-2019 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Excise, Katihar in connection with Korha P.S.Case No. 361/2019.
