Petitioner seeks bail in Beldaur P.S. Case No.63 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Seizure list is part of First Information Report. It is mentioned in seizure list that one country made pistol and three live cartridges have been recovered from the Basa of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 14.04.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66943 of 2018(2) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Khagaria, in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No.63 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
