The petitioner seeks bail in Ballia P.S. Case No. 143 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(c), 25/29 of N.D.P.S. Act.

It is alleged in the written report that one truck was found loaded with huge quantity of Ganja in the line Hotel of Amarjeet Yadav. The police reached there and found five persons in the aforesaid Hotel including petitioner. On search, the police recovered 25,000/- rupees and one Mobile phone from possession of petitioner. It is further alleged that Ganja was also found from the thatched house of Amarjeet Yadav.

The learned A.P.P. has submitted that earlier this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66286 of 2018(4) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 Court has rejected the prayer of bail of another accused with similar allegation vide order dated 6.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 61267 of 2018.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
