2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 96 of the BNSS.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the minor daughter of the informant has gone to school on 10.08.2024. When she did not returned, the informant started searching her. He came to know that Karan Choudhary has kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. He has got no criminal antecedent. During course of investigation the victim was recovered and has given her statement under Section 183 of the BNSS, wherein she has stated that on 10.08.2024, she went to school and from there she went with Karan Kumar from Ara railway station and went to Kolkata. She lived there with Karan and on 15.08.2024, she returned. She has categorically stated that she has gone with Karan on her own will and that he is uncle in relation. She has also stated that no force was applied against her. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 17.08.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 231 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
