The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 447, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the allegation in the FIR, as a result of altercation between neighbours, petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and the members of his family. From perusal of the records of the case and on hearing learned A.P.P. for the State, it transpires that the injury of Pinki Devi, which has been brought on the record as Annexure-2 to the application, is simple in nature.
