Vide order dated 11.09.2018 passed under Cr. Misc. No. 49915/2018 (Annexure-1), prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected with an opportunity to renew after framing of charge. From the order dated 24.09.2018, it is evident that charge has already been framed.

Accordingly, petitioner, Surendra Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge-Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in Ahiyapur PS Case No. 672/2018.
