2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No.190 of 2023 lodged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 302, 504, 506 and 120B of the I.P.C. read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against seventeen named accused persons including the petitioner against whom there is allegation that they have in connivance with each other, committed murder of Chandra Mohan Yadav and Madhav Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that informant and petitioner both are agnates and due to land

5. Counsel after bare reading of the F.I.R., there is absolutely no act or overt-act made against the present petitioner. He further submits that the allegation made, if any, is against other accused persons.

6. Counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2023 having clean antecedent and he is aged about 63 years.

7. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

8. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No.190 of 2023, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
