The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for the following relief:- For issuance of a direction/order or writ including the writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the concerned respondent authorities to terminate the respondent nos.4 and 5 who apprehended and cast the petitioner in judicial custody in connection with Bhairav Sthan P.S. case no.47/2023 without any cogent and stout reason whereas he (the petitioner) having no concern with

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.11 of 2024(2) dt.14-07-2025 2/2 the alleged offence mentioned in the said case and further issuance of a direction to compensate him, the petitioner in order to illegally restrain him in lock up up to 25 days.

3. From the perusal of the records of the case, it appears that the disputed questions of fact are involved in this case and in these circumstances, this Court, in writ jurisdiction, will not interfere in the same.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Bihar State Human Rights Commission for redressal of his grievances. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
