1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case. It is further submitted that the informant alleges that on 10.12.2021, at about 10:00 p.m., a Panchayati was convened by Anil Singh at the door of Azad Singh. In the Panchayati, the Panches inquired from Jag Narayan Singh about the land on which he disclosed that informant had sold the land. It is further alleged that informant disclosed that he has sold his share of land on which Pinkesh Kumar, Son of Jag Narayan Singh ordered to kill him on which his brother Rinkesh Kumar (petitioner) assaulted the informant by an iron rod causing injury on head. Further, Binkesh Kumar assaulted the informant by lathi causing
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84529 of 2024(2) dt.05-03-2025 2/2 injury on left eye and Mukesh Kumar snatched his golden chain. Thereafter, on alarm, the brother and son of the informant came to save him who were also assaulted and the accused also disrobed his wife.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that on account of dispute relating to land, the occurrence is alleged to have taken place. It is next submitted that no doubt, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant by an iron rod causing injury on head but then the injury suffered by the injured is simple in nature and petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2024 and charge-sheet has been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Morkahi P.S.
