2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution in short is that on 30.03.2024, the informant gone at her maike. When she arrived at her matrimonial house she enquired about her husband. She came to know that the petitioner along with others have killed her husband and have concealed the body.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the course of investigation, the petitioner has given his confessional statement and in his confessional statement, he has stated that the deceased has committed suicide and that the petitioner has cremated his body. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83332 of 2024(3) dt.21-03-2025 2/2 statement there is nothing against him. The petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2024. Similarly situated other co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 20.03.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 84757 of 2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 128 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
